    Hi All 
    I wonder if Autel support team care about the device drivers, it is really very annoying 
    I am trying to export the data to me computer from the device unfortunately I cant because of the printer driver !!!

      Struggling with this too, saw the solution elsewhere on the forum:

    Autel unit disconnected from computer
    Start Printer software
    Connect Autel unit
    Navigate on Autel unit to what you want to print, and click print

    for me this Finally pushed the info to my computer, first time the USB device was recognized.
